I'm excited to try the chickpea salad! My go-tos are usually either a bowl of roasted potatoes, turnips, carrots, onions and beets, or rice mixed with fresh locally made salsa (sometimes paired with black beans…or once in a great while a piece of chicken.)

+holistichabits what is your take on the "no oil" views of plant based doctors? I recently watched a video where they said no oil (including coconut and other organic oils) to steer clear of heart disease and now I'm confused. I thought coconut oil and other organic oils were okay :(
