This looks great, but it's not a cobbler at all. Cobblers usually involve making biscuits and spreading them over the fruit. This is a runny pancake-like batter.
This recipe is more like a classic French dessert called a "clafouti." The French usually make it with fresh cherries, but you can substitute any other berries that you like.
Made it for the first time and it turned out surprisingly good. I doubled the recipe and it tasted much better :)
