Hey! Love all your meal preps! What we do with falafels (even though we do fry them) is leave uncooked chickpeas in water overnight, then throw them in the food processor, that way they are more firm and crumble free! Oh and if you roll them in sesame seeds its adds even more nutrients! 🙂 Lots of kisses and thanks for your videos!

I love all your mealprep videos, really puts my cuisine to a higher level. but as for the falafel, I found it better to use dried chickpeas, which I soaked in water overnight then drained, because the canned one tends to fall apart while cooking, and the dried one stays together better

I've tried the falafels twice and they always seem to crumble… What am I doing wrong? Should I add some flour so they hold their shape?

if you want to freeze falafel, freeze them raw not after deep frying or baking, and when you crave them take the bag of raw falafel out of the freezer and let it defreeze. you can divide it into small meals depending on how much you eat so you won't have to defreeze the whole thing. also, my mother adds baking soda to the mix just before frying to make it crispy. she makes huge quantity and divide into meals and put them in the freezer and they last for over 6 months and taste delicious. :)

I am honestly becoming addicted to these falafel bites. I make them small with a little teaspoon cookie scoop and end up getting close to 30 bites. They end up super crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. I love them! I have started keeping cilantro and garbanzo beans on hand just to make these little suckers! Thank you so much for this recipe!
