if u add a bit of acidity e.g some lem8n zest it helps retain the nice colour
heres a suggestion, since the stalks are the toughest, cut those off the chard and cook those first, then add the leafs to keep its nutritional value. I watched this thinking I would be given some seasoning ideas. She didn't do that. Oh, and for Willy Wonka, her knife is designed for just that reason, to avoid cutting ones self.
Sounds really good. Thank you for posting this.
omg the way you hold things when you're cutting makes me cringe. i lost the corner of a finger that way. tuck those fingertips in!
i'm sure your meal is great but dislike that you CONSTANTLY mention that it's great for cancer… to me it's a very negative association. Food is all good, it's just a matter of your thoughts/beliefs. Noteing that the cancer association only brings more energy to that belief/association… just my opinion…
Good job!
Love this thanks for sharing.
Sure, whatever rocks your self-entitled little boat.
Nitpicking is about being critical of inconsequential details. Being snarky about someone misspeaking ever so slightly is nitpicking. Pointing out to someone that they're nitpicking is not.
Stephanie L, I could not agree with you more. BUt, I guess you could not help yourself nit-picking my comment, could you?
It's obvious what she meant. People who nitpick are considered incredibly socially inept and annoying by everyone else.
Mushrooms have "compounds for cancer"? Nice script, genius.
Great recipe I luv Swiss chard
Thanks for the simply, yummy recipe!
AwesomeMmmmmm! Thanks ! 🙂
Top stuff! Thanks for that CelinAaaaaa! 🙂 YuMmmmmmm! 🙂 <3
I just had it for the first time about a month ago. It's delicious, subtle yet distinct.
what's the best cooking surface to use?
pan you are using is toxic with pieces missing and chipped non stick coating. very toxic
Thanks for explaining the vitamins of mushroom and vitamins of swiss chard.
Does swiss chard has bitter taste like dandelion ???
that looked really healthy till you put that 1/3 cup of oil in there
@DROOBYDOO What's wrong with washing the mushrooms under the tap?
Is she washing the mushrooms directly under the tap? Yesh. -don't mind me-
yummy
powerhouse nutrition!
I used collard greens, a handful of baby spinach and stalk of kale because I didn't have swiss chard. It went so well with the other 2 dishes.
I made all 3 today and they were soo good! I had to substitute some things and added a few others, but made the 3 dishes and it was to die for:) Thank you for the inspiration.
You´re lovely!
Looks cool and healthy to eat! What does chard tate like though!? Does it tatse a bit like spinich?
Cheers;]
@FletcherHabit
ur right but eating raw chard is challenging
I've heard of growers growing vitamin D enhanced mushrooms. I'll see about getting some of those. I like green chard, I also like spinach and kale. Thanks for the recipe. Happy New Year!
@masagrad
I repeat…says who? you? You got some sources for these baseless accusations? Sounds like a bunch of hogwash to me.

Says who? you?
Thanks god… no butter and real Olive Oil, I'm Spanish 🙂
(Make sure is "Aceite de Oliva VIRGEN PURO EXTRA", if not, is not real olive oil, and has chemicals in it, they commercialize much olive oil, which is not pure)
The real one is from just pressing the olives, and is dark (kind of like the color of whiskey), if its very clear color, it's made with the bones and skin leftovers, has added chemicals, plus a 10% of the real oil to give it some taste.
Salut :-)
