Looks Great!
All looks yummy and you are a pretty young girl but you have awful dress 😂
Less charisma than a cardboard box.
also add some rrd wine it's healthy and taste devine😊
nice looks delicious
looks like she is far behind in school (grade) from other students !
you don't rinse the fish off first?
is there any particular reason for not adding salt in this dish?
This would be better to dry coat the fish and fry it in a healthy oil. Add a bit of corn starch to the the seasoning and mix it together will a pinch of salt and fry on both sides 4-5 min. Serve with lime wedges so guests can self-squeeze the amount of lime juice per their preference.
I don't know what she cooked, I was mesmerized by looking at her face.
You can't cook shit girl…
she's hot
The way you cook and prepare it makes me sick
I plan on making this dish, but I think I'll mix the spices together first as a rub and marinate the fish before cooking it. Nice video. Thanks!
:)
Just an update. I went ahead and marinated the fish overnight and then I grilled it. It was SO GOOD! I will be keeping this recipe in my recipe box. =)
Ooooh I'm going to make this on Wednesday! However I'm going to marinate the fish in the spices then cook it in the pan or maybe I'll grill it. I haven't decided.
u cook weird
That is the wrong way to make curry. You need to fry the curry paste or the curry would be powdery water
U GET A FOR EFFORT BUT
No salt?
Curry is something u have to cook well at least 15 min It can give you a stomach ache
I have both a Lime and a Lemon infused EVOO so i might skip the juice and instead put some on the fish so my spices stick to it during cooking
I rather marinate the fish then cook it in some coconut oil.
It doesn't matter that you don't know how to cook fish, you're hot lol
I've never heard of sprinkling on the spices while its cooking like that, seems your setting yourself up to have some of the fish having more flavor than others. It would be easier to mix the spices in the bowl and then put the tilapia in it. That way everything is covered equally. Also, I've never heard something cook so quietly in my life than in this video. I almost thought you didn't have the fire on.
Okay recipe but don't do 4 at once it will over crowd pan
If you mix all the spices and the lime and marinate the fish in it for ~ 30 minutes, it soaks the flavours in a lot better.
I tried recipe yesterday and it didn't workout so well.
It seems like it would be much easier to just add the spices to a mixing bowl and marinate the fish.
Thank you for making this video on how to cook a healthy tilapia. I'm trying to eat healthy and I just bought 2 big bags of frozen tilapia and catfish.
Made this recipe a few minutes after watching this. It's a bit too spicy, but overall it was good! :)
I appreciate the healthy recipes (thank you) but Oh My Gosh these videos are slow… it felt like it took an hour to sprinkle on the spices lol. I'm not trying to be rude but you will probably get more views and subscribers if you speed it up and get to the point.
What is yellow curry?
You can also mix all those spices and throw it in with your fingers. Saves dishes and spreads better.
Looks great!
Tip: IF you do want a bit more spice I switch out chilli powder for Ancho Chilli powder in some recipes. It would work with this one too.
