  Hey Suman ji and Hi everyone else 🙏… Today i am sharing my results from the 15 day diet plan 😊 I was not extremely overweight, so i lost about 3-4 kgs from this diet, and my pictures before and after show much difference. I am extremely happy, as this diet gave me a much needed push and i have lost such amount of fat in just 15 days. Thankyou once again.👍✌😊
