The first Cracker Barrel just opened here in Oregon! My paternal grandparents are from Mississippi so I've eaten there many times, but it is so nice to finally have one closer. I usually get the pancakes, grits, and hashbrown casserole, but after reading all these comments I'm going to have to try the chicken and dumplings next time we go!

My family and I love eating at Cracker Barrel. The chicken&dumplings are my favorite along with the fried apples, hash brown casserole, and cornbread.Yum Yum Yum
I used the rice cauliflower recently to make a pseudo stuffing dish. I sautéed some celery and onion in olive oil and then added riced cauliflower with some poultry seasoning and cooked it together for a minute then put it in a casserole and baked it for 15 minutes. It went so well with my roast turkey breast and it was low carb and gluten free!
Oh my!!! That dessert at the end looks so good!!!🍨

Haha I LOVE Cracker Barrel! They have lots of them here in Florida. I see you got the chicken n dumplings. Yum! I usually get the plate with that plus meatloaf and ham, I think they call it the sampler. I love going there before Thanksgiving and Christmas, they have the cutest holiday decorations.
I love your meals for the week. It gives my an idea of what to cook for my family. I love eating at Cracker Barrel., and shopping in their store. Is Emily going to do a back to school haul this year? My girls and I enjoy watching those as well. Tfs🙂

My family loved the ranch house pork chops & potatoes. I used to work at Cracker Barrel in the retail store during the holiday season. I was their wrapper during Christmas. Oh, was that fun! 😂 Not! I stood for 8 hrs except for a 30 min break for lunch. I love the food there though, really good. Their Coca Cola cake is wonderful! Have a great week! Tina
