BRB Gonna go swim in that ranch dressing (pro tip- pour it out of the blender first). How are you liking the soom tahini? I've heard legends of it but I've never tried it. Lavash bread is bae. The WD-50 cookbook has a recipe for lavash that is so thin and crispy it shatters in your hand. I would recommend the Hot Bread Kitchen cookbook though because it's got all these different breads from around the world and WD-50 is def not vegan (if you're ever at the bookstore you might want to pick it up and look through it though). That curry is exactly what I need in my life right now. I got a cold. Loved the recipes. As usual.
As a carnivore, looking for an alternative, I found your instructions – on my part a random search – totally approach/understandable and I'm enthused to give it a try.
I always love seeing how you cook. I hate cooking but your recipes always make me want to try .
Thanks so much for the video. You always have incredibly creative recipes and they taste delicious! I have made roasted chickpeas more times than I can count (Moroccan style) and would highly recommend using dry beans (soaked over night and boiled for a 1/2 hour before roasting) instead of canned ones. Every time I used the canned kind, the texture feels a bit mealy.

P.S. – I know its not the point of the channel, but I know a few people who would love to see you travel around somewhere and Vlog it, I think that'd be great to watch, especially with your fantastic sense of humour.

Pretty sure I am just made of chickpeas by now. I make my falafel a little differently (I never thought to use baking soda!) but similarly, I make a big batch and I actually freeze them before cooking and we eat them once a week. Love all these ideas! Thanks for all your hard work!
