Very nice .I have lived this lifestyle when I was living in your part of the world almost 45 years ago.Still I cook the same way , same ingredients.only difference is that I cook in my house with modern gas stove . I am a gujtati as well.

Such simple cooking! Fresh ingredients, outdoors cooking on wood fire, in an earthen pot… the taste just cannot compare to any cooking using store bought stuff and in non stick cookware in a well equipped kitchen. I am a professional chef in UK and I wish I could cook like this..
