  • I love the trader joe turkey burger but the chicken ones I didn’t care for. The healthy life bread is delicious and they have hamburger buns and hot dog buns that are pretty low in everything as well. I did Weight watchers and lived off of healthy life bread for 2 pts. I love getting idea from your videos. : )

You're slimming out" Or, was that supposed to refer to your video on swimsuits? I am so confused. I was hoping you would share your tips on what you're doing to slim out. You just shared the recipes- thank you! What else is in your regimen?

  • Thank you Sarah for the video. Needed this for my last 20mins on treadmill. To the complainers: Just stop. Didn't things work for different people. I lost 120 lbs by weighing stuff, learning what sizes looked like and eating however worked for me. Sarah is doing her and its paying off and she looks healthy.

  • Sarah, I think people perceive you to only be eating 1000 calories because the meals you film yourself eating in a day sometimes equal around 1000 calories. They don't understand that you could be eating other things you don't film. I guess that's the issue with filming videos that show what you're eating in a day because if you don't show everything you eat people are gonna be confused.

  • noodleless lasagnas are one of my faves! I've noticed what helps with it being so liquidy is if you bake the eggplant first for like 10 minutes to dry them out, its a game changer!

  • Hey Sarah! Maybe the lasagna was watery last time because of the eggplant? Eggplant usually releases a lot of water! After I cut my eggplant I cover it in napkins so it absorbs the water? I could be wrong lol

  • Just wanted to tell you that if you don’t like the fage yogurt, you should try the oiko’s triple zero! It’s sooo good!

  • U should read the book “Body Positivity Power” it’s amazing… it’s about counting calories, society’s fat shame, social media fat shame etc.. there are studies done that show no health concerns for mildly obese people or a bit overweight people.. but when u were severely obese and severely skinny that affected the overall health in a really bad way. The book contains studies information about overweight people and it’s not as bad as media and doctors says.. u should read it! She wants the reader to love themselves and it’s just so inspiring and informative . She’s from the UK.

    I'm sure you're tired of ppl telling you what to do/not to do for diet. I lost 115lbs eating healthy low fat meals and working out regularly. Be sure to watch how much oil you're using, even in that nonstick spray. Anyway, you prob already know since you are constantly looking at labels lol…

  • We make our own cauliflower pizza crust. Tell people to hush, what you eat is your business not anyone else's.
