I like the recipes and have to try the chicken recipe myself since I love chicken cooked many ways. I am not a fan of salmon though, but love pulled pork and will try that one also. I thank you for sharing these recipes and hope you all are having a nice Sunday at home.

We like to use a food processor with the plastic "blade" to shred our pork & chicken. It's so much faster 🙂 We also like to double the BBQ pulled pork recipe & make sweet pork enchiladas the next day or freeze it in portions to make enchiladas 🙂
