I love pumpkin anything (but pie)!
Always use whole nutmeg and freshly grind it at the time you need it. Say NO to pre-ground nutmeg. It makes all the difference!

Tricks for pumpkin pie: freeze the crust before baking. For the eggs, use 1 whole egg and 2 yolks. It makes it very rich
