Yes! I'm not Korean but my Mom loves to cook that sausage stir fry!
Man I think Korean breakfast is better than a Chinese breakfast, I always have rice and random side dishes left over from the previous night so I always mix it together because I generally don't like Chinese (Congee, fried doughsticks, soymilk) however I do like noodles, or western breakfasts so I just eat whatever is in the fridge, man I need to try these rice bowls for days when I only have rice left over, I'm an okey cook but am lazy at times, I usually cook dinners but with breakfasts I get lazy.
I'm watching this before getting up but I'm way too hungry to cook something ~~gonna try one of the recipes for dinner tho
Is it going to have a big change on taste if i don't use the green bell pepper on the stir fry sausage dish?

Hi Daniel and Katie! 😃 Quick question for you!! Im curious about the noise levels in your apartment. Do you hear people (ur neighbors upstairs, downstairs, next door) talking or their televisions??? When I used to live in Korea the noise levels were through the roof ….I could hear everybody on every side of the walls , Upstairs ,Downstairs, and on Friday & Saturday, it was worse because they would bring their friends over and drink get drunk and pound the walls… ……how is it like for you at your apartment??

I do a Western-Korean crossover breakfast bowl where I put a little seasoned gochujang on top of my rice bowl then slightly crispy English bacon, a fried Egg and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, kimgaru and green onion. This way you get your bacon & eggs but also your bowl of rice 😀
