Ok, can someone help point me in the right direction I'm a carnivore who is looking into transitioning to a more plant based diet. But I am struggling with finding vegan recipes that would be sustainable for me, I see stuff like shoving 5 big ass pieces of lettuce into bread and calling that a sandwich and get discouraged to try a vegan diet.

I fail 2 c how the Bloody Mary Sandwich can b everyones fav sand. with Sundried Tomatoes in it. Sundried Tomatoes is without a doubt the nastiest substance I have tasted since I have been an adult.
