As for health, I wouldn't say its extremely healthy because of there's a ton of sugar from the rice but you're not eating that much of it.
However, you're getting just enough protein from the eggs and eating tons of veggies.
Compared to a typical white man morning meal.
Like Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, cheese. Which literally translates to meat, meat, meat, and bread.
If you took all of Korean Japan and China's population and put it VS U.S. and Mexico. Westerners would still be fatter.
But to sum it up Koreans aren't very cultured in the culinary world.
Yall eat the same thing all day every day and all restaurants sell the same thing just different size menus.
A big Formal restaurant would sell everything and small restaurant would sell just a few items.
Its so sad but true, You can get dokboki or soon dae at the market stand or a formal restaurant. You can only get Bo Sam at a restaurant.
