  I think I might try making this with my vegetarian chicken. It looks delicious. I am sure if anyone wanted to make this but didn’t have cornstarch on hand, you could just make white sauce with flour and milk (better Crocker recipe is good) and then season with the Cajun spice and parmesan like you have done here. It really does look delicious! Thanks for sharing! 😀
