Seems silly to heat oven for 4 pork chops. Remove onion and liquid to small saucepan and make your sauce in a few minutes while the chops stay warm in slow cooker. Also if you are going to use a slow cooker that big put whole potatoes in too. Don't want to mix; put in bowl to one side. Wrap all or cover in foil. Maybe even some carrots. Bam! Everything ready to eat. 30 minutes…. what a waste of energy.
