Mam, this is a daily dish in Odisha state …we call it DALMA….we add other vegetables into it as well…..but ur version is also grt…only twist is u grind it to a soup…….same I used to do for my baby as she don't eat by the name of DAL…I named same as DAL soup….she eats or drinks it happily
