The hardest part of turning Vegan for me was……realizing how much sooner I should have done it. I always use local syrup for browning with chopped garlic and roasted red peppers. Delicious. My relationship with food has completely changed, as I realized what eating is (fuel for the body, mind & soul). We purchase nice vehicles and what do we put into them? The best fuel, regular check-ups, and maintenance. Our body is the most important vehicle you will own, and what goes into it puts into motion a reaction in your body. Only the goodness from Mother Earth will heal and keep our bodies and our minds young and healthy. Eating the energy from pain and suffering left me tired, increased inflammation along with brain fog. Anyone who is interested in staying young and living a healthier life, do some research and just give it a try, one meal at a time, one step at a time. I think that you'll be very happy with the results. Peace & Love

I haven’t got around to making seitan yet, but if you recommend refrigerating it for a couple of days I’ll be making some burger patties out of it at the same time 🤓 Who said men can’t multitask? ✊🏻
