18 minutes seems waaaaay to long for such thin pork chops… I do the thick cut ones in 12 to 14 minutes and they are perfect
I tend to find most things cooked in the instant pot to be over cooked, especially pork.
Wouldn't preparing this dish using a pan and stove be much faster?
