I deadass hate a lot of youtube chefs because I find them annoying, but I found your page a few weeks ago looking up salmon cake recipes (which by the way I made & I almost cried during every bite, 10/10 recipe) & I subscribed as soon as the first bite. I love you recipes & been following you ever since, despite the amazing food, you just got that great videography/narration. I think that’s what it’s all about tbh

Looks yummy! I use my grandmother's recipe. Sometimes I'll use beef, pork or even chicken. And like you, I like it with egg noodles. I don't like it with mashed potatoes or rice, it's weird and it has a funny texture. I might give this a try.
